dashmoto® Returns Policy

Online Purchase Returns

If you purchased your dashmoto® directly from dashmoto.co, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.


Return Shipping

There is no return shipping fee for eligible returns approved under this policy.


Restocking fee

A 3–6% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned unit, including:

  • Mileage
  • Cosmetic wear or damage
  • Missing accessories, parts or packagion
  • Additional cleaning or refurbishment required

To help avoid a restocking fee, we recommend limiting evaluation use to approximately 1 mile.


Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.


Returns Outside the Return Window

Returns are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.

However, your dashmoto® remains covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, and eligible warranty claims may qualify for repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of the warranty.


Return Process

Step 1. Request Return Merchandise Authorization:

To start a return, email care@dashmoto.co within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

If your return is eligible, we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide Return Packing Instructions.

Please do not ship your dashmoto® until you have received an RMA number.


Step 2. Review the Return Packing Instructions:

Carefully review the Return Packing Instructions provided with your RMA. Proper packaging help prevent damage during transit and ensures your return can be processed promptly.


Step 3. Pack your Return and Submit Verification Photos:

Pack your dashmoto® and all included accessories according to the Return Packing Instructions.

Before shipping, email the following photos to care@dashmoto.co:

  • A photo of the display with the current mileage
  • A photo of the contents inside the box before sealing
  • A photo of the outside of the sealed box

These photos are required to verify the condition, mileage and packaging of your return before shipment.


Step 4. Receive Your Return Label:

Once your photos have been reviewed and approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Step 5. Ship Your Return:

Attach the return label and drop off your package at your local UPS store.

We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your return has been fully processed.


Step 6. Inspection and Refund:

Once your return is received, we''ll inspect the unit and verify its condition, mileage and completeness.
